III-V Lab
As a large industry research lab, III-V Lab has contributed significantly to the field of quantum dots based lasers and SOAs since several years.
In this project, III-V Lab will develop DML integrated with SOA, new generation DML exploiting index modulation and QD SOA for slow light applications. It will also play a key role in mode-locked lasers.
As an industrial laboratory supporting two large groups, Alcatel and Thales, III-V Lab will also facilitate the exploitation of the results achieved through small scale fabrication and/or technology transfer. |
